We are establishing a Character Building Society in each school. Initially, we have established it in 10 schools. This initiative has been decided with the CEO of the Education District, Sialkot. It is decided that there will be one Tarbiah (moral and character-building) period for teaching Islamic values, civic sense, and the obligations of good citizenship. These will be the main topics.

Syllabus and Team: We have established a team from:

• GCW University, Dr. Syeda Sadia and her team
• UMT Lahore, Dr. Sajid Iqbal
• UMT Sialkot, Dr. Abdul Aleem
• Read Foundation, CM Mahmood-al Hasan
• Sialkot Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Shahid Chan

This team is coordinating and executing 15 workshops for this noble cause. A Tarbiah Session was held in September 2014 for teachers from 10 schools.

A 2-day Tarbiah Session was held in September 2024 for 40-45 teachers, with participation from the education department and university faculty.

Workshops and Training:

• A 5-day workshop was conducted for volunteer teachers, with around 50 students participating.
